Okey Nwoke is the founder and CEO of the ATL Fashion Tech Collective, a community that brings together Atlanta's top talent in the thriving fashion technology industry. He blends years of experience as a wardrobe stylist and former model with more than 10 years of information technology management. Okey works with fashion brands to push creative boundaries and possibilities in identifying and developing intersections for incorporating technology into the ethos of fashion, product innovation, and design.
Prior to launching the ATL Fashion Tech collective, Okey worked as a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist and developed agency-wide knowledge sharing strategies. He also managed user engagement on technology platforms and online work spaces. He has worked in this capacity with the United Nations (UN), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Combining a Bachelors of Science in Information Science and Systems and a Masters in Information Technology Management (Project Management) with his experience in fashion business and design, Okey has a plethora of experience, skills and knowledge. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two children.
